I have joined in with IHSW.
For me it's a good excuse not to feel guilty about sitting down to stitch, I'm always thinking I should be getting something done.
It's the first time I have done this :0). I have chosen Dictionary of Tea by Bothy Threads.So here is the before picture, I will post an update on Monday or Tuesday.
Since I last posted we have had two Birthdays Sophie is now 6 and Stephen is now 15 and Katie is 13.

Oh living with teenagers is for sure an interesting time indeed! Mine is 16 and . . . well that really says enough! LOL Can not wait to see your progress after the IHSW!!!
ReplyDeleteI love the Bothy Threads Dictionary series, I look forward to seeing your progress. I only lived with two teenagers for a year,our eldest is five and a half years older than his brother, and left home at nineteen to live nearer his job. There was a big gap when they where 13 and 18,but it closed again when youngest reached his late teens.
ReplyDeleteI've not long finished Bothy's Dictionary of Tea and I loved working on it. It's a really comfortable stitch, and even the back stitch isn't horrific. Hope you enjoy working on it!
